Gallery SJSU Art Collection and over 200 student exhibits are shown in the gallery each year, featuring works from faculty, alumni and notable artists. Its mission is to offer a diverse exhibition program that serves as a cultural and educational hub for both the university and the San José community.

Sketch Based on the core concept, inspiration, research and discussion, we sketched logo ideas and refined them into vector on Adobe Illustrator.

Logo The gallery logo reflects the core idea, "A Space to Explore New Dimensions," symbolizing that while the physical space may be small, the exploration of art, inspiration and imagination has no limit.

Branding Aiming for a modern, clean, and experimental look, we chose washed green as the primary color, complemented by sleek black and bold orange for a dynamic pop, while urban gray and pristine white serve as supporting colors. Right Grotesk was selected for its balance of neutral functionality and distinct personality. It’s perfect for a wide range of content.

Prototype The website and mobile app offer slide and grid modes for viewing artwork. Slide mode shows larger images organized by time, while grid mode displays all artworks at once.

Swag The following pins and bookmarks each feature a unique art piece, with details on the back. When visitors take out the pin from the paper backing, it transforms into a functional bookmark, combining both design and practicality.
